Therapy takes the form of a journey of self-discovery, which we both take up together. I will support you to understand yourself better, to gain focus, to reflect from varying perspectives, to increase your well-being and find even more helpful options as to how you can deal with your life challenges. This process will take place in a confidential, safe and welcoming environment in which you can expect me to listen closely to your concerns with empathy, warmth and understanding.

As our therapeutic relationship is at the core of such work, I ensure that you find yourself in a comfortable, safe and non-judgemental space, in which your needs, concerns, thoughts and feelings can be opened up at your own pace and in your own time.
